I work with clients ranging from teenagers as young as 18 years old to adults up to 70 years old. I enjoy advising women from all walks of life.

Will you style me in things that are like your style?

No, every client's style is unique. After my clients fill out an in-depth questionnaire and style personality quiz, I plan their shopping sessions at shops that align with their personal style.

In which locations do you offer personal shopping services?

My personal shopper service covers Bullring and Harvey Nichols in Birmingham, including Selfridges and all high street and boutique shops in and around Birmingham City Centre. I am not restricted to just Birmingham; I offer my services nationwide and in Dubai, mainly at the Dubai Mall. I work with all style budgets, so when it comes to personal shopping, I will suggest a suitable location that is convenient for my client.

Do I have to buy all the items you suggest in my style report?

Not at all. The outfit suggestions at the end of the report can be used as a reference for outfit inspiration. I always recommend my clients buy the key pieces that they really need. The style report serves as an introductory guide for future shopping.

How long does it take to receive my personal style report?

I aim to deliver your bespoke style report via email within 48 hours, while everything is still fresh in our minds. I will inform you in advance if this deadline is not manageable.

How far do you travel for appointments?

I travel nationwide within the U.K. and across Dubai. However, if travel exceeds more than 30 miles one way, additional charges will apply. Please contact me for a quote.

Is it important to start with a Wardrobe Edit before the Personal Shopping?

Booking a Wardrobe Edit prior to a Personal Shopping trip is not essential. However, the advantage of a Wardrobe Edit is that it allows us to assess what you already have, understand your personal style, and get to know you. This information helps us plan your shopping trip effectively because we know exactly what shape you are and can determine your personal needs. If you feel that you don’t have enough in your wardrobe for a full Wardrobe Edit, need to start from scratch, or don’t have the budget for both services, we can determine your needs by asking you to respond to a set of questions. This can always be discussed in our discovery call ahead of booking any service.
